Layher UK having seen a growing demand for its products across the Central region, required a new depot facility building that provided office and welfare space.
Due to increased demand for their scaffolding products and services, Layher UK commissioned Thurstons to provide a new, Four-bay modular office/welfare suite to be there new West Midlands dept. The modular building consists of four modules comprising of a reception area, office space, meeting room, storeroom, WC and a fully integrated kitchen. With a very short turnaround time the building was delivered in just six weeks form point of order with only two weeks on site for groundworks and installation.
We provided a full turnkey package including a 4420m2 reinforced concrete hard standing which will be used to store stillage’s for scaffolding, event systems and cladding. Full surface and foul water drainage runs have been fitted and a level access ramp installed to the entrance to provide safe access and egress for wheelchair users.
