Thurston Group Welcomes Benjamin Maylett as Head of SHEQ

We’re delighted to welcome Benjamin Maylett to Thurston Group as our new Head of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ).
Benjamin joins us with senior leadership experience across complex, multi-site manufacturing environments. With a background in Chemical Engineering and extensive expertise in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, he has led large-scale audit programmes, strengthened compliance frameworks and embedded robust safety cultures across operational teams.
His appointment represents an important step as we continue to strengthen the operational foundations of the business.

Quality, safety and environmental responsibility are not box-ticking exercises. They underpin everything we do - from the way we design and manufacture our buildings, to the way we operate across our production facilities and customer sites.
