Our blast resistant buildings set groundbreaking standards for safety and comfort:

· Available in a wide range of sizes, specifications, and layouts

· Designed to maximise the safety of staff

· Able to operate in the harshest of environments to, with paint options to provide ongoing protection

The range includes Office & Welfare Cabins, Toxic Refuges, and Modular Blast Resistant Buildings.

Our Ultrablast product is able to withstand a force of up to 1000 millibar over pressure for 100 milliseconds, complying with stringent anti-blast regulations, as specified by the global operatives and the American Society of Civil Engine

Our Equipment Housing ranges from stand-alone buildings, through to large multi-modular buildings of any size, configuration, and layout, and is designed to:

· Protect sensitive equipment in a range of conditions

· Withstand and provide high levels of fire resistance

· Provide high levels of security

· Comply with industry standards, including Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) regulations

Our Multi-Use Containers are used across a variety of sectors, including defence, chemical, and agriculture. They:

· Encompass all of our specialised ISO container solutions

· Incorporate stringent safety and protection checks

· Have long life durability

Our nuclear containers are specifically designed to meet the requirements of the nuclear industry. We’ve produced over 10,000 containers for organisations including LLWR Ltd, British Nuclear Group, Sellafield Limited, Croft Associates, UKAEA and NIREX.

All of our nuclear containers:

· Meet industry standards, including Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) regulations

· Pass independent checks from classification societies

· Are developed under the ISO 9001 quality management system

· Incorporate stringent safety and protection checks

We produce specialised containers, designed to suit the equipment used in the offshore industry. These are custom-built, developed to meet the exact specifications of our offshore customers.

We design and build specialised buildings, which are able to withstand the impact of site hazards such as fires and explosions. Our specialist structures for the oil and gas industry are blast-rated and fire-rated and can include:

These buildings can also be designed with standalone fire suppression and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.

The BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) UK market has seen significant growth in recent years, driven by the increasing demand for renewable energy and the need to stabilise the grid.

We design and manufacture bespoke BESS enclosures, which are protective housings built to store and safeguard batteries.

These protective housings are highly durable and flexible, and:

We use corten steel, which is a highly durable form of steel known for its weather resistance.

Yes, we are one of the only modular construction companies accredited by Bureau Veritas and are an approved test facility of offshore/container/csc type testing. We not only test our own units but also offer testing on external client units and products.
