Thurston Group was commissioned to deliver 32 two-bed modular homes in Cheshunt for Inland Homes PLC. Each come complete with fitted kitchens, shower rooms and mixed paint and cladding external features. The mix of pre-designed and bespoke homes also had UPVC windows and doors.
Broxboune Council has signed a three-year lease with Hugg Homes to deliver brand new homes for the site. We were chosen to design, manufacture and install the 32 modular homes. Part of a much wider Lakeside Development Scheme, the scheme was built to offer support for local, lower income families. Helping Broxboune Council meet the immediate housing need in the area.
The overall development will see most of Delamere Road developed to provide housing, business units for start-ups, a local centre, a two-form entry primary school and landscaped public open space.
