Thurston Group are presently openly recruiting for various roles based at our Head Office in Wakefield.

For this opportunity, we are seeking a junior and experienced CAD Designer/s to join our ever growing and successful in-house Technical team on a Full time, Permanent contract.

The Applicant:

✔️ Do you have experience of Portable and Modular Buildings?

✔️ Are you able to prepare, verify, produce and check design/manufacturing drawings ?

✔️ Ensure the business is supported with technical calculations along with following quality management processes.

✔️ Our successful applicant will have previous experience from within fast paced technical / architectural manufacturing environment with at least 2 years experience.

✔️ Candidates should be able to demonstrate a methodical approach to problem solving and possess a high degree of attention to detail in their work.

✔️ Have strong IT skills and have previously worked with Autodesk REVIT, with experience of BIM.

 

Compensation and Reward:

• Salary: Dependent on experience (£30k +)
• Performance Related Pay up to 10% of yearly income (linked to company achieving profit targets)
• Holiday: 23 days holiday in first full complete year of service, rising to 25 days

• Life Assurance after 12 months of service
