We’re thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Joe Hatfield from group production planner to Assistant Production Manager at our Wakefield modular construction facility. Joe has been a valuable asset to Thurston Group for the past three years, consistently demonstrating his dedication and expertise.
Before joining Thurston, Joe held roles in production management, planning, supervision, and warehousing therefore bringing a wealth of experience to the table. He further strengthened his skillset by obtaining an ILM Level 3 Management of People qualification and a Level 2 Management of Mental Health in the Workplace qualification.

Joe’s fresh perspective and management style promise to bring a new dimension to the shop floor.
